Review: Ozeri Digital Pocket Pedometer

Ozeri 4x3razor Digital Pocket 3D Pedometer

I spend most of my days sitting behind a desk, which doesn’t lend itself to much activity during my work day. I think sometimes it’s easy for me to forget just how sedentary my days can be. A pedometer is an easy tool to use to make sure that I’m putting forth more effort into being active.

I worn a few different pedometers in the past, but found them to be poorly made. They were cheap plastic that broke quickly. I would find myself dropping them often because the clasp didn’t allow them to really grasp onto my waistband where I prefer to wear them. I was constantly feeling along my waist, trying to make sure the pedometer was still there. Once I forgot and one dropped into the toilet. Oops!

This Ozeri pedometer looked like a huge step up from the ones I had used previously, so I was excited to give it a try!

This pedometer is extremely well-made and easy to use. I could simply clasp it onto my waistband and forget it. I like that it keeps track of the distance I’ve walked each day, in both steps and distance. It also keeps track of my activity for an entire 7-day period. In addition to steps and distance, it also records┬ácalories, fat burned and exercise time. This pedometer is also super thin and weighs only a half ounce.

I’m excited to continue using this pedometer in the new year as I start my journey to a healthier self!
