If you’ve been following my blog for very long, you know that I’m a product junkie, especially where skincare is concerned. I use a lot of products and like to try out different things. I stay on the lookout for products that are made with naturally derived ingredients, as I feel these products tend to work better for me.
Just like the weather, my skin is constantly changing, so I’m always searching for products that can meet my issues. I often have 10-15 products in my skincare routine, as my skin can change almost daily. Because it’s still summer, most of my face is in fairly good condition, but my nose and chin continue to plague me with oil issues.
When I saw the opportunity via Tomoson to try Adovia Natural Facial Moisturizer, I was really excited. I love that the product is made using dead sea minerals; it also contains aloe vera, grape seed oil, and chamomile. It is hypoallergenic, dermatologist tested, and is for all skin types.
Upon opening the container, I was relieved to see a plastic stopper on top. This is something many companies overlook, but can often prevent spills and leaks during shipping. (I tend to save these as well, just in case I decide to travel with product.)
The moisturizer had an ocean-like scent. It was light and very clean, which I enjoy. This cream is also very thick. A pea-sized amount was ample to moisturize my entire face. This means that the jar will last quite a while.
I really enjoyed using this moisturizer and have continued to do so for the past couple of weeks. It hydrates my skin without feeling heavy. I also do not notice any increased issues with oiliness, which is important for combination skin. It leaves my face feeling smooth and is great for application beneath my makeup.
I received one or more of the products mentioned above for free using Tomoson.com. Regardless, I only recommend products or services I use personally and believe will be good for my readers.
