When Memebox initially announced their scentbox offerings, I was extremely excited. The first boxes–rose, baby powder, and grapefruit–were offered in a bundle for $30 (or $15 each). Needless to say, I purchased the bundle. I wasn’t as excited about the grapefruit box, but it was essentially a freebie.
I’m not sure if it’s my age or just wanting a change from my usual, but I’ve been really interested floral scents recently. It could just be a phase, but rose scents have been on my radar in recent months. There were four products in this box.
About Memebox Global:

The boxes released vary, from numbered global boxes to special edition and themed boxes. Prices vary based upon the box purchased, but the global boxes are $23 + $6.99 shipping. 01. Evas Rosemine Plumpy Tint: 01 Roseberry
13 g || Estimated value: $11
This gel-type lip tint claims to revitalize and moisturize lips. It contains French Rose water and ginseng extracts. I was a little disappointed that it didn’t have a rose scent. I liked the color and it did provide a nice stain to my lips, though I didn’t feel it was very moisturizing. I haven’t gotten the courage to try it on my cheeks!
02. Evas Rosemine Floral Remedy Foam Cleanser
120 ml || Estimated value: $22
This cleanser has a thick consistency and a light rose scent. It contains 8 floral waters to soothe and moisturize dry, damaged skin. I really liked that the scent wasn’t overpowering and will definitely use this product. I most likely will save it for winter, when I have more issues with dryness.
03. Happy Bath Rose Essence Body Wash
200 g || Estimated value: $11
This seemed like a pretty standard body wash to me. It lathered well and left a clean, rose scent on my skin. I like that it includes 90% natural ingredients, and is infused with vitamins A and C.
04. Hope Girl Magic Skin Primer
10 ml / Full Size: 35 ml || Estimated value: $9.42
I’ve tried a few skin primers, but it’s not something I use in my daily routine. I haven’t tried this primer yet, but it claims to help cover enlarged pores, fine lines, and help even skin tone.
Total value: $53.42
Nothing really exciting in this box, but definitely items that I will use. Look for reviews of the grapefruit and baby powder boxes coming soon!
