Not exactly sure when I decided that fringe was awesome, but I recently noticed that many of the things I am drawn to are of the tassled variety. These are some of the things on my wish list for fall/winter.
01. Sherry Wide-Calf Boot || $74.99 @ OneStopPlus
I haven’t bought any new boots in several years, so I really need to step up my game this fall and winter. I’m a little tired of boring brown and black boots, so I really want to try some things that are a little out of my comfort range. I think these grey fringe boots are really cute, would look great with jeans and my beloved cardigans, and look comfy.
02. Velvet Floral Open-Front Fringe Kimono || $58.50 @ Torrid
This garment is like a checklist of all things tacky: fringe, velvet, and floral. Somehow, though, I absolutely love it. (That could possibly also be because I’m tacky and love gaudy things.) Jeans and a tee are probably the only way to style this without looking ridiculous.
03. Fringe Biker Jacket || $67.95 @ SimplyBe
I’ve been on the hunt for a motorcycle-inspired leather jacket since last year, so why not get one with fringe as well? I’m not sure if I could pull this off, but I like it just the same.
04. Legroom Fringe Boot || $108 @ SimplyBe
These are probably my favorite thing on the list. I must have them! The price tag is a little much, especially considering these are shoes that I probably wouldn’t get to wear a lot. Of course, I just bought a pair of knee-high, blue suede boots, so kooky fashion choices are sort of my thing.
05. Suede Fringe Shoulder Bag || $117.68 @ Tuscany Leather
A fringe list wouldn’t be complete without at least one handbag. I just like the color and styling on this one, especially the grommets. It’s definitely out of the range of what I normally pay a purse, so I’m really hoping I can find something comparable at a lower price. JCPenney has some cheaper fringe bags, so I may have to compromise.
